DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Students attending Centennial Public High School are bussed from six small communities and the rural area surrounding them. CPHS requires 230 credits for graduation (130 required, 100 elective). Eighty-five courses are offered. In addition to the credit requirement for graduation, students must also complete 24 performance based exit requirements designed to assist students in becoming a) self-directed lifelong learners, b) responsible decision makers, c) collaborative workers and d) positive community contributors. Each student meets with an advisor who helps with this process. A Behavioral Counselor is available to students by teacher referral or upon request. Students also have access to numerous sports offerings and clubs.
