DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
Thayer Central Elementary School is located in Hebron. Students that attend the school are in grades K - 6. In August of 2016 an addition to the building previously known as the Intermediate building (grades 2-6) was completed which allowed PK-1 students from the Primary facility to unit in one building, now called Thayer Central Elementary. The building has many safety features. The mission statement for the elementary school is: "Thayer Central Elementary School, with the support of the community, nurtures the academic, physical, social and emotional development of children."
