DESCRIPTION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL BUILDING
The Blair K-2 elementary schools are neighborhood buildings. The school population consists of students living in these neighborhoods and rural students. Each school enrolls approximately 130-250 students and there are generally 2-3 sections of each grade level at each building. Students are challenged in the basic curriculum areas, and specialists develop the areas of music, art, and physical education. Computer education is started as young as kindergarten as students are taught basic computer skills in grades K-2. Enrichment activities are offered to challenge the advanced learner. A staff of caring and concerned classroom teachers, guidance counselor, resource teachers, librarian, nurse, secretaries, and paraprofessionals provide the very best for each and every child.
